Job description We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Hindi. As a CRE, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and concerns. Communicate clearly in English and Hindi. Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and gather feedback. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Stay updated on product/service information. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management or a similar role in an Advertising Agency. Fluent in English and Hindi. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM software and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred).
