Job Description

Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions. 2. Sales Support & Lead Management Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and digital platforms. Assist the sales team by scheduling property site visits and coordinating meetings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM software. 3. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups Keep clients informed about new property listings, offers, and project updates. Ensure timely follow-ups on customer inquiries to improve conversion rates. Address post-sale concerns and assist in documentation and agreement processes. 4. Coordination & Documentation Work closely with the sales, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions. Assist in the preparation and verification of customer documents and agreements. Maintain an organized database of client details and transaction history. 5. Market Knowledge & Customer Advisory Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities. Educate clients about the benefits of investing in real estate properties. Provide professional guidance on property buying, selling, and financing options.
