Job Description

Role & responsibilities update previous customer complaint Check previous dispatch plan make sales order as Customer Dispatch plan Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, sales, quality control) to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Track and manage customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and update customers on order status. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in resolving issues related to product quality, shipment delays, or documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
