Position: Customer Relationship Executive Qualification: Any Graduation Must have worked in relavant field. The major responsibility is covered in 3 stages. A. Customer Relationship Management B. Sales Support C. Customer Feedback and Insights Skills Required 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues. 2. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. 3. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. 4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 5. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management are required. 6. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. 7. Possess a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers. 8. Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
