Job Title: CRM Tele Sales Executive (Online Leads) Location: Noida Sec 62 Experience: 1-4 years (Inbound Sales / Telesales) (Freshers can also apply) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Tele Sales Executive to handle online leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential customers from online leads via calls, emails, and chat. Understand customer requirements and present product features, benefits, and pricing. Convince prospects to schedule a product demo and handle price negotiations. Proactively follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion and closure. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM. Work closely with the inside sales team to improve customer engagement strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets while earning attractive incentives. Key Skills & Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/telesales, preferably in a CRM or SaaS environment. Strong communication and persuasion skills . Experience in handling price negotiations and closing deals . Proficiency in Excel or tracking leads and performance. Self-motivated , goal-oriented, and eager to earn incentives.
