SUMMARY Day shift opening for customer relationship executive role Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Salary: Fresher: 12.5k CTC Experienced: up to 18k CTC Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads. Present and explain products/services to prospects. Accurately gather and document customer information. Communicate with customers to facilitate sales closure. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Eligibility Criteria: Graduates, both freshers and experienced, are welcome to apply. Proficient in verbal communication in English, Hindi, or Marathi. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Basic computer proficiency. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
