This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Virinchi Peoples Hospital, located in Hyderabad, Banjarahills. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for: Providing customer support Ensuring customer satisfaction Delivering excellent customer service Effective communication Driving sales Experience: 1+ years Note: Should be experienced in Hospital field calling, willing to do rotational shifts. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills Strong communication skills Sales skills Experience in managing customer relationships Ability to work effectively in a team Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them Inbound and Outbound calls for patient's appointments
