Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Chennai. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries. The CRM Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for customer retention, analyzing customer data to improve services, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer experience. This role requires regular communication with clients and an understanding of their needs to provide effective solutions.
