Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to lead our customer relationship management efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong experience in tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels. Build and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and automation flows. Design personalized and behavior-based communication to improve engagement and retention. Customer Lifecycle Management: Own the customer lifecycle—from welcome and education flows to reactivation and win-back. Implement segmentation strategies to target users based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics. Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance of campaigns (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue, churn, etc.). Use A/B testing to improve subject lines, creatives, timing, and segmentation. Generate actionable insights from data to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with design, content, performance marketing, and product teams for timely execution. Maintain CRM data hygiene and integrate with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads. Skills Required: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Klaviyo , Mailchimp , MoEngage , or CleverTap , Strong understanding of customer segmentation, flows, retention strategies, and personalization, data analysis, Solid knowledge of metrics like open rate, CTR, bounce rate, LTV, churn, and ROI.
