As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our users via voice email and chat platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via voice, email and chat platforms. - Provide accurate information about our services, subscription plans, and membership features. - Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving any technical issues they encounter. - Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism. - Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding service standards and expectations. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to type quickly and accurately while chatting with customers. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a telecalling, email, or chat environment, is preferred but not mandatory. Shaadi.com - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Minimum educational qualification: HSC or equivalent.
