Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the Payment Gateway, Fintech, or Travel industry. If you have a passion for building long-term client relationships, converting leads into active business, and understand the B2B ecosystem well β€” we want to hear from you! πŸ” Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect with, and approach new B2B clients relevant to the fintech and travel domain Conduct effective cold calling, warm calling, and proactive follow-ups with potential clients Schedule and attend physical meetings across Delhi/NCR and conduct digital meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with remote clients Explain our services like Payment Gateway, Payout APIs, CMS, and Travel APIs in detail to prospective clients Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, account setup, and technical coordination Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent support and retention Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up logs, and update CRM systems regularly Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and onboarding βœ… Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fintech / Payment Gateway / B2B Tech Sales Strong understanding of Payout systems, CMS, digital payment solutions, and/or Travel API platforms Proven ability to communicate professionally via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in independently handling leads and closing deals Comfortable with both in-office work and field visits when required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi πŸŽ“ Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing/Finance is a plus) Prior exposure to working with fintech products and merchant services will be highly preferred πŸ’Ό Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) πŸ•˜ Working Days: Monday to Saturday πŸ’° Salary: Based on experience and will be finalized after the interview πŸ“ Job Location: Office-based – Prem Nagar, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043 πŸ“© Interested candidates can send their resumes to: πŸ“§ lalit@dotmik.com πŸ“ž Call/WhatsApp: 9910586457 πŸš€ Join DotMik Software and be part of a growing fintech company shaping the future of digital payments and B2B solutions.
