Job Overview Melhor Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead our customer engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value through effective CRM strategies and systems. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer data to inform business decisions. Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. System Optimization: Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure they meet organizational needs and improve customer interactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Storm2 Indeed Recruiting Resources Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a CRM role, with a proven track record of successful customer relationship management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
