Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM Specialist Location: Faridabad, Haryana Job Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: Better than industry standards Job Summary: We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and improve our customer relationship management system. You will be responsible for maintaining customer data, running CRM campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and helping improve customer engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage CRM tools (like Zoho/Salesforce/Freshsales) for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Monitor and improve the customer lifecycle journey — from inquiry to post-sales support. Maintain and update customer database regularly, ensuring accuracy of contact and business information. Coordinate with sales, service, and project teams to streamline communication and resolve client issues quickly. Generate CRM-based reports and dashboards for performance tracking, customer insights, and sales pipeline analysis. Lead CRM campaigns — including emailers, feedback surveys, and loyalty initiatives. Segment customer database and personalize communication for key accounts. Support the creation of monthly newsletters and other customer communication content. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and nurture leads with personalized engagement. Provide regular training and support to team members on CRM usage. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ( Preferred , not Mandatory ) 2–5 years of experience in CRM or Customer Engagement roles (preferably in industrial or B2B sectors). Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho/Salesforce/Freshworks etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from CRM data. Basic knowledge of industrial products and solutions is a plus. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
