Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, offering product information, and assisting with sales. You will also be responsible for conducting product training sessions and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
