CRM Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a customer retention strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals. Design automated, personalized, and data-driven email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns . Manage and optimize customer journeys from acquisition to retention. Data & Segmentation Use CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce) to analyze customer data and segment audiences for targeted marketing. Leverage behavioral insights to enhance personalization and engagement. Identify and act on customer trends to reduce churn and increase repeat purchases. Loyalty & Community Engagement Develop loyalty programs and incentives tailored to streetwear enthusiasts. Implement referral and rewards programs that enhance brand affinity. Collaborate with social media, content, and influencer marketing teams to foster community-driven engagement . Performance Analysis & Optimization Track key CRM KPIs (e.g., retention rate, LTV, churn rate, open rates, conversions). Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and content . Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve customer retention.
