Role & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales communication with U.S.-based clients. Understand client requirements and pitch our digital marketing services confidently. Provide ongoing support to clients and resolve queries promptly. Maintain records of client interactions and follow up as necessary. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Requirements: Proven experience dealing with U.S. clients (minimum 1 year preferred). Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to work during U.S. business hours (8 PM – 5 AM IST) . A proactive attitude and strong sales mindset. Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus .
