Role & responsibilities As a customer service coordinator in the marine industry, your main responsibilities would involve managing the relationships between the company and its customers, ensuring that their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded. Preferred candidate profile 1. Answering customer inquiries: You'll be responsible for fielding phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers. This could include answering questions about products, services, pricing, and delivery schedules. 2. Final responsibility to ensure that client questions are answered to clients satisfaction. 3. Managing orders: You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, including processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. 4. Coordinating with other departments: You'll need to work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that all customer needs are being met. 5. Resolving customer issues: You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving any customer issues, such as product defects, delivery delays, or billing disputes. 6. Maintaining customer records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and other relevant data. 7. Generating reports: You'll need to generate regular reports on customer satisfaction, order fulfilment rates, and other key performance indicators to help identify areas for improvement. 8. Communicate customer feedback, trends, and concerns to the relevant departments for continuous improvement. Other Responsibilities: To support the Marketing Team with existing clients by being the internal point of contact regarding data setup and operational issues. Assisting the sales team as a technical resource To be able to work independently as well as collaborate across multiple teams. Lab or Shipping industry experience in the required roles will be considered a plus Ability to work shift systems and weekend shifts as required Fluency in English, both spoken and written Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Ability to work independently, receiving little instruction on daily work, but receiving general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Understands the basic application of all Company products.. Good computer skills, preferably in a Windows environment. Good problem-solving skills. Enjoy working in a team environment
