If you love helping people, fixing problems before they even exist, and writing emails that could charm even the grumpiest customer, keep reading. Who Were Looking For: Empathy is your superpower. You care about moms, babies & making their experience stress-free. Fluent in English & Hindi. Bonus points if you can decode Mujhe mera parcel kab milega?!!” at lightning speed. Kickass email writing skills. You can craft replies that are clear, warm, and maybe even make someone smile. CRM whiz. If you’ve worked with customer service tools before, great! If not, we’ll teach you. Shipping process knowledge. You know how D2C/ecommerce deliveries work and can calmly explain why an order is late (without blaming Mercury retrograde). D2C/ecommerce experience = brownie points. (No actual brownies, though. Just our admiration.) Female candidates & moms preferred. Because who understands moms better than moms? Who We’re NOT Looking For: Someone who just copy-pastes replies. Our customers deserve real human responses! Someone who gets annoyed by customer queries. Patience = key. Someone who thinks "remote work" means answering emails from the beach. This is an in-office role. (Sorry, Goa can wait!) What You’ll Be Doing: Handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls Solving order & shipping issues - This is a very important part of the job Using CRM tools smoothly Making sure every customer walks away happy, even if they came in frustrated.
