Job Description

Responsibility of the Customer Service Executive for information to flow, to internal and external customer. It could be the details of brands / categories available, promotional activity info, utilities available within the mall etc. Updating of all reports as Laid down by the management. (The List of the same is mentioned below for ready reference). Collecting of Sales Figures on a Daily Basics. This activate to be completed by 2 pm every day. Collecting customer feedbacks would be the important (which would help the Mall to send out Data to valued customers), as per targets fixed by the Duty Manager / HOD. Which can be ranging from 300 to 500 min Feedback per month. Which has to be updated on the TAB (soft copy) on a Daily Basics. Apart for the Customer, every quarter we are also to collect Feedback from Retailers, to understand where the Mall / Facility is lacking and to be improved. To take daily rounds as & when required, which includes identifying the various departmental snags and send the same to respective department HOD. Also do update the same on WhatsApp Group. Maintain excellent/effective Tenant & Customer relation. To ensure all procedures are followed in maintaining various reports. Grooming, punctuality and discipline is mandatory. ( Especially for ladies) It will be a mandate to work on all weekends throughout the year & also to extend Shift timing when & where required, which would be informed by Duty Manager / HOD.
