Position: Airline Help Desk Staff Location: Andheri Marol(Travel Division) Working Days: 6 days a week Shift Timing: Night shift (approx. 10:00 PM IST onwards) Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat Assist with bookings, flight status updates, and reservations Resolve customer concerns empathetically and professionally Provide accurate information on airline policies and travel guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support Keep up-to-date with services, promotions, and route information Assist passengers during flight delays and cancellations Log interactions and manage queries via CRM systems Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Experience in customer service (airline/travel industry preferred) Experience in GDS System Mandatory Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment Tech-savvy with CRM exposure Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Interested candidates please share your CV on 9833283857 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift US shift Weekend availability Application Question(s): Do you have experience working on GDS system ?
