Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Roadside Assistance (RSA) Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon (Near Badshahpur) Employment Type: Full-Time, Work From Office (WFO) Experience Required: 0-5 Years (Freshers Welcome) Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Undergraduate / Graduate Languages Required: English + Hindi No. of Openings: 40 Walk-in Interviews: 2 Rounds Role Purpose: To provide effective and empathetic customer service in line with company policies, maintaining the brand value of the organization. The role requires a proactive approach in assisting customers during emergencies or vehicle-related faults. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer cases to enhance service quality and resource utilization. - Manage all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner. - Coordinate with clients and dealer networks for prompt issue resolution. - Document all customer interactions (calls, emails, messages) in the CRM system for reporting and analysis. - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. - Achieve performance targets set by the operations team. - Take up additional tasks/projects assigned by the Call Centre Manager or management. Candidate Profile & Requirements: - Excellent spoken English with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Prior experience in customer service (minimum 1 year preferred). - Familiarity with business lines and customer service expectations. - Good computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Internet; strong typing skills. - Knowledge of any additional Indian language is a plus. - Candidates with an automobile industry background or basic car knowledge will be preferred. - Must be enthusiastic, compassionate, and a team player. - Candidates looking for a long-term career and growth within the organization are encouraged to apply.
