Job Description

Customer Service and Sales Role: Role & responsibilities - Coordinate with customers who have purchased our credit cards and ask them to pay the outstanding amount in EMI. Outbound voice process Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Preferred candidate profile Graduates with excellent communication skills Perks and benefits Pick-up and drop facility provided. Fixed shift timings 9:30am to 6:30 pm Incentives 2nd 4th Saturday off
