Ltd (Brand - Society tea), 61, Dr S S Rao Road, Near M.G Hospital, Opp. Ashoka Tower Garden, Parel, Mumbai - 400 012 (Brand - Society Tea) Timings - 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Work Days - Mon - Saturday ( 2nd and 4th Saturday Work from Home) Job Description Handle customer complaints received on the toll free number of Society Tea Timely response to mails from customers w.r.t to customer queries on the website or any offline store query Keep records of customer interactions and resolve any queries Coordinate with the warehouse on order dispatch and order TATs Coordinate with cross functional teams for any customer queries To keep all customer data order wise /damaged /delivered Customer service report in the required format Touch base with abandoned cart customers to convert them Take orders for COD customers on the D2C website Skills Prior experience as a customer service executive Comfort with basic Microsoft office tools specially Excel Excellent communication skills in Hindi + English Good with people skills to deal with angry customers Please share the following : Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Reason for change Attach your updated resume.
