Role & responsibilities Handle customer inquiries & queries via phone calls, to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer feedback. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary Both Fresher and experience can apply Preferred candidate profile Must Have Graduation Degree.
