Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Inbound Process) Location: Pune Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Shift Type: Rotational Shift (No Fixed Time) Salary & Benefits: CTC: ₹13,400 – ₹19,000 per month Extra Working Hours Compensation: ₹150 per hour Work Schedule: 5 to 9-hour shifts per day 2 rotational weekly offs Shifts include early morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner Provide prompt solutions and address customer queries effectively Deliver outstanding service to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quick and accurate problem resolution Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Marathi Requirements: Minimum education qualification: 12th pass or equivalent Freshers are encouraged to apply Fluency in English and Marathi is mandatory Willing to work in rotational shifts Open to applications from both male and female candidates Are you someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others?
