Manage customer service operations for export activities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to international shipments. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and review documentation export compliance. Monitor and track shipment status and address any delays or problems. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to service processes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
