About the Role: Universal Relocations is looking for two dynamic Moving Surveyors to join our team in Chennai. This role involves assessing moving requirements for customers through video and in-person surveys, ensuring accurate cost estimates, and maintaining high service standards. Video Survey Specialist (Office-based) Conduct virtual/video surveys for customers. Put together a final survey report with all the details and pass the final estimate to the sales team. Ensure a smooth customer experience by addressing queries effectively. On-Site Moving Surveyor (Field-based) Travel to customer homes and locations within Chennai city limits to conduct in-house surveys. Perform site assessments and provide detailed moving estimates and pass the final estimate to the sales team. Supervise VIP moves if needed to ensure high-quality service. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable and professional demeanor. Basic understanding of household moving services (full training will be provided). Ability to use video call tools and survey software. Willingness to travel within city limits (for on-site surveyor role).
