Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Customer Service Manager Leading global container liner company Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for ensuring data and communication updates, close follow up and monitoring of vessel performance vs allocations. Should co-ordinate effectively with all departments and to ensure proactively, customer delight at the highest levels. Responsibilities include identifying sales lead and passing on the same to the Sales team. Must be able to independently correspond and communicate with Principals and set process for effectively managing and overseeing Customer Service functions. Background and experience: Candidate should be Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-10 years experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping specializing in different trades.
