Job Description

Manage end-to-end customer service for the South Zone. Achieve KPIs. Achieve the targeted Net Promoter Score. Adherence to SLAs & CS charter (T-A-T statistics). Reduce the number of service-related complaints. Address & close complaints within T-A-T Required Candidate profile BE with MBA Operations. Understanding of various functions such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics,Finance. Understanding of Budgets, Forecasts & SAP Experienced in relevant area of customer service.
