EUROP ASSISTANCE INDIA PVT LTD JOB DESCRIPTION: Position: - Assistance Coordinator (Auto/Automotive) Position Reports to: Operations Manager. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Note: Open to work in rotating shifts which includes night shifts in a 24x7 work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. Handle complaints (Case) and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with customers, clients & internal operations team regarding case Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and case closure. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Handle case related 2wheelers & 4wheelers services. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Excellent communication Proven customer support experience Experience working with customer support. Proficient in basic Microsoft applications Language Know: English & Hindi South Indian languages preferable (Tamil & Malayalam in particular) Part Time (5-5.50 Hours shift) Part time -Any Experience: 6 months - 2 + years customer service/referral specialist and/or call center experience Assistance Agency exposure preferred.
