Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics. Utilize blended process techniques to resolve complex customer issues escalated from semi-voice processes. Desired candidate profile:- Strong communication skills with excellent written English proficiency for effective email writing and query solving. With 6 months or more customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are also welcome to apply High School Diploma Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling Computer savvy Ability to work on semi-voice processes, including voice support if required.
