Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic design agency team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Should have prior experience working in Creative Agency/ Marketing Agency / Ad Agency / Studio Years of experience : 2 - 3 Years Position : Project/Client Coordinator Engagement : Full Time, On-site (Chennai) Mandatory: Great Communication Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Team Coordination Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team. Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Present project updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients. Manage client expectations and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.
