Job Title: Customer Service & Performer – Entertainment & Live Shows Location: Kuwait Job Type: Full-Time (Rotational Shifts) Working Hours: 8 hours/day + 1-hour break Role Split: 60% Customer Service / 40% Performance Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passionate individual to join our entertainment team in Kuwait. This hybrid role combines exceptional customer service skills with lively performance abilities. You will interact with guests, perform in live shows, wear mascot or animal costumes, and conduct engaging entertainment activities for children and adults in amusement parks, malls, and public spaces. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service (60%):Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide detailed information about shows, attractions, and schedules Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly Ensure the safety and comfort of guests at all times Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the assigned area Performance (40%):Participate in live shows, dances, singing, cheering, and acting routines Wear mascot or themed costumes and interact with the public Host and conduct workshops and interactive sessions with children Perform crowd-engaging activities to create a lively atmosphere Ensure costumes and props are used safely and maintained properly Requirements:Energetic, cheerful, and confident in front of large crowds Passionate about entertainment and guest experience Presentable, well-groomed, and physically fit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in performing arts, customer service, or events is a plus Comfortable wearing mascot or animal costumes for extended periods Ability to manage both adults and children professionally Additional Details: Location: Based in Kuwait; must be locally available or willing to relocate Environment: Indoor/outdoor, high footfall locations like malls and amusement parks Language: Fluency in English is required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for career growth and skill development Fun and energetic working environment Training and costume support provided
