Job Description Position : International Voice Support Executive Location : Gurgaon Job Type : Full-time, 24/7 Shift (5 days a week) Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients via voice communication. Respond to queries, provide solutions, and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers. Follow predefined processes and guidelines to achieve service excellence. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of international voice experience in a customer service or technical support role. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written. Voice Versant score of 60 or above (or equivalent assessment). Ability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends (5 days working). Must be adaptable to dynamic work conditions and handle pressure effectively. Both-way cabs provided for commute.
