Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions. Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards. Requirements: 2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
