Job Description

● Ability to communicate with our German customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment ● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication ● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: International voice process: 1 year (Preferred) Language: German ( C1 ) Language (Preferred) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9773661251
