Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (20 Openings) + Sales Executive (5 Openings) Location: PLOT NO. 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016 Work Mode: On-site Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (for both Customer Support & Sales roles) Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM) / Optional window shift (8 PM–10 PM) Males: Fully rotational shifts Work Week: 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off Key Responsibilities: Customer Support (Primary Role) Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, or emails with professionalism. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ensure clear and accurate communication in English and Hindi (no MTI/RTI, grammar, or pronunciation errors). Document interactions and escalate complex cases as needed. Sales (Secondary Role for Selected Candidates) Promote products/services to potential customers. Achieve sales targets with a consultative approach. Maintain records of leads and conversions. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers welcome for Customer Support. 1+ year in sales required for Sales Executive roles. Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English & Hindi (no grammatical errors). Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
