Proactively identify client needs and ensure their satisfaction. Manage client expectations and timelines effectively. Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and efficiently. Onboard new clients smoothly and efficiently, including project management of the implementation process. Project Management: Manage client implementation projects according to defined timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues. Collaboration & Development: Collaborate with colleagues across the organization (product, engineering, etc.) to ensure client success. Participate in team initiatives to improve the customer experience. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success and project management. You will be measured on the following: Client Success: Increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Reduce customer churn rate Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) Successfully onboard a specific number of new clients within a set timeframe Project Management: On-time and on-budget completion of client implementation projects Effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders Teamwork & Development: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in customer success and project management.
