🎯 We're Hiring | Customer Success Associate | Work From Office | Kharadi 🎯 We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented professionals to join our expanding team as Customer Success Associates in a domestic voice process. 🔹 Work Mode: Work From Office 🔹 Location: Kharadi, Pune 🔹 Open Positions: 150+ 🔹 Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) 🔹 Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates 🔹 Languages Required: Proficient in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors) 💼 Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in insurance or sales will be given preference. 💰 Compensation: • Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC • Experienced: Up to ₹29,000 CTC 🕑 Shift: • Rotational shifts (Females will work only till 8 PM) • 6 days working 📋 Interview Process: HR Round Versant (Level 6 Certification) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Interview 📍 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face 🔸 Key Responsibilities: • Outbound process – Contact and consult interested leads regarding suitable insurance products. • Ensure high-quality customer interaction with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
