Role & responsibilities Manage all communication within the company and with clients to ensure clear and effective interactions. Coordinate and organize client meetings, events, webinars, and sessions to enhance engagement and communication. Adhere to the company's style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners, ensuring effective collaboration and satisfaction. Handle multiple client queries through phone, chat, or email, providing timely and helpful responses. Develop positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate / Masters with 0 to 2 years of experience with good communication skills or someone with an experience in coordination roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills specialist. Good at MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
