Training and onboarding of students post-sales 2. Delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly responses to students across various channels 3. Initiate regular calls with the students to track their progress 4. Proactively manage the success of the assigned students and identify/develop upselling opportunities 5. Build a solid and lasting relationship with the customers 6. Perform any other tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Act as cthe ustomer's voice for Zell's internal teams and work with relevant teams to improvethe product and services based on feedback received from the students 8. Cross-sell and upsell the courses offered 9. Responsible for handling client relationships, requiring strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.' Who are we looking for? 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success role 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership 4. Experience in handling challenging situations and demonstrated capabilities of overcoming them 5. Have strong empathy for customers and a passion for customer success 6. Experience handling student queries via omnichannel ticketing systems like Kapture, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc. would be preferred 7.
