Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients to help them adopt all areas of our product while delivering insights and recommendations that result in measurable client value. With the help of supporting teams at ekincare, you will ensure high customer engagement and achieve defined success metrics. Role : Customer Success Manager Designation: Associate Manager Location : Pune Reporting to : Regional Head - Customer Success Responsibilities: Develop and manage clients portfolios Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value Be the bridge and the only source of the information exchange between the client and the organization Analyze customer data to improve customer experience Hold product demonstrations for customers Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints Ensure client satisfaction and retention Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams seamlessly to achieve customer satisfaction Minimize customer churn Aid in product design and development The successful applicant: 1-2 years of work experience in Customer facing/Sales roles MBA graduate/Masters pursuing from any university/business school/ top college Excellent communication and presentation skills Project Management Ability and a Proactive Approach Should be open and to work in the field for in-person client meetings/events Career opportunities and benefits: Play a key role in a successful high-growth startup Be at the forefront of new-age health-tech Enjoy attractive compensation, incentives, ESOPs, health and fitness membership benefits
