Role Description This is a full-time on-site NIGHT/EVENING SHIFT role for a Customer Support Analyst, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical problems, analyzing customer needs, and delivering effective solutions to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Technical Support and troubleshooting skills Strong Analytical Skills Strong Email writing and strong reading skills. Adobe Acrobat & Chatgpt promting would be an added asvantage.
