The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email for an international process. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and email. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive relationship with customers. Meet and exceed performance targets such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations. Requirements: 0 -1 years of experience in an international BPO (non-voice process preferred). Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to comprehend customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions effectively. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong typing speed with accuracy.
