Supporting our day-to-day operations by ensuring smooth administrative and financial processes. Create accurate and timely invoices for bookkeeping services. Ensure all invoices are properly recorded and tracked. Organize and maintain customer account folders by sorting and classifying documents. Ensure all necessary data sources are connected for monthly bookkeeping, including bank statements and other relevant financial records. Monitor and maintain data integrity. Skills and requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
