Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Outbound lead follow-up based on digital marketing campaigns (Various ads, events, and camps) Inbound handling of customer queries, appointment confirmations, and service awareness. Effective management of multi-channel chats (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). Driving conversion from initial interest to actual footfall at the clinics. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing voice process (Healthcare or service industry preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi and English). Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up based workflows. Confident handling of real-time customer queries via chats and social media platforms. Basic understanding of appointment booking tools/CRMs (training will be provided). Willingness to work as per rostered weekly offs and dynamic schedules, as needed.
