Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine resources for early childhood development. - Handle parenting queries and support around programs in the tickets - Handle community of UpTodd - Collaborate with product team for product enhancements Qualifications: - Masters in Psychology or Zoology or Biomedical (or in any other relevant domain) - Strong communication skills(English and Hindi) - Candidates from the Delhi NCR region are preferred.
