Job Description: Customer Support RepresentativePosition Title: Customer Support RepresentativeOpening Position 10 Department: Customer Service Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused customer support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Customer Satisfaction:Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of service.Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes. Documentation and Reporting:Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.Generate reports on common customer issues and trends. Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and processes. Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 0-1 year (freshers are also welcome ) of experience in customer support or a related field. Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Office, and other relevant tools.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
