About Us: We are a software development company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specializing in business management and accounting software for SMEs. We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide technical assistance and training to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer support calls Install software at client sites or remotely Provide online training to new users Troubleshoot client issues; escalate to developers if needed Log issues and resolutions in our CRM system Apply software updates at client sites when required Assist with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups and collections Perform general back-office tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9327021033 Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
