Role: Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience across communication channels. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Tiruchengodu. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing online support, addressing customer service issues, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer experience.
